Shipping and returns

Orders are processed the following business day. Domestic deliveries (France) are carried out by Colissimo and DHL Express, worldwide deliveries are carried out by DHL Express. Shipping costs vary depending on location and weight.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Signature is required for delivery.

Domestic orders (France) arrive within 1-2 days of shipping.

International orders arrive within 2-4 days of shipping.

Due to the current sanitary crisis, there might be some delivery delays, we apologize for that and assure you we are doing our best for you to receive your order as fast as possible.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU).

Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.

Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

 

Exchange and return

You have a lead-time of 14 days from reception date to return the product(s) you have ordered for exchange or refund. If the last day of the lead-time is a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the lead-time is reported to the following business day. Beyond this, Fane reserves the right to refuse return or refund.

We will send you a prepaid packing slip for the return. Return shipping costs will be deducted from you refund.

Damaged or incomplete items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as is, at your expense.
